HOTEL:
The resort's 102 rooms and suites are divided into Superior, Deluxe Borgo, Deluxe Villa, Junior Suite and Suite. Distrubuted in the 3 buildings of the property, they are refined refuges in the green Sicilian countryside, overlooking the gardens, the golf course or the ancient and evocative interior patios of the Monastery. The rooms are all on the ground floor and all have an independent entrance, to guarantee maximum comfort and privacy. The interiors can be in a contemporary and essential style or retro and with a more classic taste based on position and type, with a single constant: state-of-the-art equipment, elegance, attention to every detail, to make the stay in the room irresistible. All rooms are tastefully furnished and extremely spacious and bright, most of them with king size beds and private verandas.

We take care of every detail, from the green of the gardens to the perfume of the sheets. We want to leave you the most beautiful memory.
I Monasteri Golf Club
Founded in 2012, I Monasteri Golf Club is part of our resort with its 18-hole par 71 golf course spread over an area of 6520 meters among citrus fruits, pomegranates, carob trees and prickly pears. There is also a clubhouse and an academy led by the experience of the Head Pro Giuseppe Marra.

The prestigious French brand, leader in the world, signs our Zàgara SPA by Clarins: a paradise surrounded by citrus groves and prickly pears where you can reap the benefits of the Clarins Touch, an exclusive 100% manual method applied with formulas based on extraordinarily effective plant extracts.
Restaurants
Our kitchen looks to the future but does not forget its roots. In our restaurants we bring the delicious dishes of the Sicilian chef Nino Coppola, created from raw materials of the island chosen by local producers, with fresh and seasonal ingredients. You can also enjoy it in the clubhouse or by the pool in the summer.
